Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AARTHLABS's services, website, or any related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

AARTHLABS provides motion graphics, video production, 3D animation, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or contract.

3. Project Process

Our standard project process includes: • Discovery and consultation • Proposal and agreement • Creative development and revisions • Final delivery Changes to project scope after agreement may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work • Remaining balance is due upon project completion • For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment: • Client receives full ownership rights to final deliverables • Client receives a license to use any third-party assets incorporated (music, stock footage, etc.) • AARTHLABS retains the right to display work in portfolio and marketing materials Source files are provided only as specified in the project agreement.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Major changes to approved concepts may be treated as new work.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: • Providing necessary materials, assets, and feedback in a timely manner • Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided • Reviewing and approving work at designated checkpoints • Making payments according to the agreed schedule

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

AARTHLABS's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination: • Client pays for all work completed to date • AARTHLABS delivers all completed work • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
