How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on complexity and scope. A simple social media animation might take 1-2 weeks, while a comprehensive brand film could take 4-8 weeks. During our initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed timeline based on your specific project requirements.
Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes! We work with clients worldwide. Our remote-first approach allows us to collaborate effectively across time zones. We use modern project management and communication tools to ensure seamless collaboration regardless of your location.
Process
What is your creative process?
Our process consists of four main phases: Discovery (understanding your brand and goals), Strategy (developing concepts and storyboards), Production (creating the actual content), and Delivery (providing final assets in all required formats). We keep you involved at every stage with regular check-ins and approval points.
How many revisions are included?
The number of revisions depends on your chosen package. Our Starter package includes 2 revision rounds, Professional includes 3, and Enterprise offers unlimited revisions. We work closely with you to ensure satisfaction while maintaining project timelines.
What do you need from us to get started?
To begin, we typically need your brand guidelines (logos, colors, fonts), project brief, any reference materials or inspiration, and content assets (scripts, images, footage if applicable). Don't worry if you don't have everything ready—we can help you develop these during the discovery phase.
Pricing
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on several factors including project complexity, duration, animation style, timeline, and any special requirements like voiceover or custom music. We provide transparent quotes after understanding your specific needs during our initial consultation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payment schedules. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and credit cards.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs—we believe in transparent pricing. Our quotes include all agreed-upon services. Any additional requests outside the original scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
Deliverables
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in all standard formats required for your use case. This typically includes MP4, MOV, and GIF formats in various resolutions (4K, 1080p, etc.) and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1). We also provide platform-specific exports optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Do you provide source files?
Source files (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.) are included in our Professional and Enterprise packages. For Starter packages, source files are available as an add-on. We want to ensure you have full ownership of your creative assets.
Can I use the videos for paid advertising?
Absolutely! All deliverables include full commercial usage rights. You can use your videos across all platforms including paid advertising, social media, websites, and presentations. We ensure all elements used (music, footage, etc.) are properly licensed.
